Pavilion with all facilities
Right next to our beach restaurant is our private pavilion, Meijer aan Zee. This 180m2 pavilion is fully equipped with everything you need to make beach meetings a success. The pavilion is exclusively for your group and features a private bar, a terrace with an outdoor bar, a veranda, and a private beach at your doorstep.
Inside our pavilion, you’ll find all the necessary facilities for a successful beach meeting, including WiFi, a projector, a projection screen, a whiteboard, and a flip chart. The 180m2 room can be arranged in various setups using a flexible wall. Our professional team is ready to support you in planning and executing your event.
Meeting on the beach: Custom catering and packages
Additionally, we can also provide catering for you, from a tasty lunch to a lavish dinner or a cozy barbecue. Our meeting space can be reserved for 2 hours, half a day, or a full day, including a beverage package with unlimited coffee, tea, and soft drinks.
Exclusive all-inclusive package
Take advantage of our exclusive “All-Inclusive Meeting Package,” where you’ll be provided with all the necessities and culinary delights throughout the day. Enjoy coffee and tea upon arrival, an extensive lunch, an afternoon snack, and a cocktail hour with warm appetizers. End the day with a delightful barbecue or a tasty three-course dinner, including beer, wine, and soft drinks.
Our all-inclusive package includes not only all catering and drinks but also the use of a whiteboard, flip chart, WiFi, and other necessities for your meeting or presentation. All this for just €110.00 per person for groups of 10 or more.
Other meeting packages and facilities
In addition to our all-inclusive package, we also offer various other packages for beach meetings, such as a 4-hour package including coffee, tea, soft drinks, and lunch for €37.50 per person, or an 8-hour package including lunch for €62.50 per person. For a full day including dinner and drinks, you’ll pay €110.00 per person.
